Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, challenges, and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized, client-centered treatment plans, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to therapy.

• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure client welfare and continuity of care.
