Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite, primarily in home care settings. This allows for a flexible schedule where therapists can choose their own hours, working Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery within their home environment.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities, to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment, ensuring that therapy goals are met effectively.
• Reassess and modify therapeutic goals and treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing evaluations.
• Guide patients and their caregivers in the proper use of assistive devices for daily living and mobility, ensuring their safety and independence.
• Deliver educational training on physical therapy procedures and assistive modalities to patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Stay current with industry best practices by engaging in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals of all ages — from children rebounding from sports injuries to adults recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions. This diversity allows our therapists to develop a wide array of skills catering to various therapeutic needs and personal preferences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on documentation.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and word processing software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic home care environments.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a focus on home care being advantageous.
• Previous exposure to diverse patient conditions and treatment methodologies will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with an employer match, disability and life insurance, paid family leave, and a generous paid time off policy. Moreover, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus, and we offer weekly payroll through direct deposit.
