Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing strong therapeutic alliances with clients and setting professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions, assessing client progress and stability, scheduling follow-ups, and planning for discharge as appropriate.

• Create, implement, and regularly evaluate customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in compliance with professional standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and ensure appropriate treatment pathways are established.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to strengthen clinical skills and receive ongoing support.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. We operate on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating unnecessary wait times for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
