Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans that cater to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Deliver group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters engagement.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records, with adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with diverse populations, focusing on individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. This includes treating a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. By employing culturally competent practices, you will build rapport with clients from various backgrounds and assist them in overcoming their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
