Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work environment, primarily serving clients from the comfort and safety of their own homes. By delivering services in a virtual setting, we can address the needs of clients in the hospice center while ensuring their safety and maintaining consistent contact with their families. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in need of mental health support, including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on serving patients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, particularly those in hospice care. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach to end-of-life issues, supporting clients and their families through emotional and behavioral challenges while ensuring dignity and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LCSW license and demonstrate expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment methodologies, risk assessment, and crisis management applicable to the hospice population.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meaningful interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage caseloads efficiently while meeting deadlines and ensuring high standards of care.

Preferred Experience\n
