Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, taking into account their medical history and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, adjusting approaches as necessary to maximize patient response and satisfaction.
• Work one-on-one with 1-2 patients per hour, focusing on their distinct recovery journeys while ensuring continuity and depth in care.
• Document patient progress meticulously using WebPT, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment and share insights.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise programs, posture, and ergonomics to empower them in their recovery process.
• Track patient outcomes and refine treatment strategies based on performance metrics, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• An active California Physical Therapist license is required or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on rehabilitation skills to effectively assess and implement treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate patients, fostering trust and encouraging adherence to therapy programs.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating a successful history of helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems, preferably WebPT, to document treatment and outcomes consistently.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
