Work Environment

You will work onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, which is equipped with advanced technology and resources to facilitate optimal patient care. The work schedule is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, with hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy care that aligns with each patient's specific health goals and needs.
• Manage a manageable patient load, ensuring each individual receives adequate attention and tailored treatment.
• Leverage expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities that prioritize non-surgical options to enhance patient mobility.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy techniques.
• Encourage patients on their treatment journey, providing motivation and emotional support throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Interact and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain thorough records utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population at our clinic includes individuals dealing with orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to work with athletes seeking to recover from sports-related injuries as well as general patients looking to regain their functional capabilities. Our approach emphasizes a patient-centered care model that prioritizes each client's unique journey towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active and clean Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A strong foundation in various manual therapy techniques is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful exercise programs for rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, especially WebPT, is important for precise documentation.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques supported by clinical research is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Track record of creating individualized rehabilitation programs that yield positive patient outcomes.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
