Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health needs. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to engage with a broad spectrum of challenges and strive to enhance their emotional well-being and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Please note that no limited or provisional licenses are accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuinely sympathetic approach to client care.

• Proficient computer literacy and access to a reliable computer with audio and video capabilities.
\n
• A strong internet connection to maintain consistent and uninterrupted telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Though not mandatory, having at least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting will enhance your application. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices will also be looked upon favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, based on your working hours and experience level. We offer additional benefits including:
