Strategic Proposal Writer for Growth & BD
ECAM
ECAM is seeking a Proposal Writer to develop compliant, compelling proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. You will work with sales, operations, finance, and legal to craft materials that communicate ECAM's value and align with client requirements. You will translate complex services into client-focused messaging, maintain a content library, and help with go/no-go decisions and post-submission improvements.
