Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients while ensuring established rapport and trust, always adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, address concerns, and discuss treatment goals, including planning for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Complete thorough and accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations.
\n
• Execute comprehensive intake assessments to determine the initial needs of new clients.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for continued professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care, sharing insights and strategies for improved outcomes.

• Foster a growth mindset, continually seeking to enhance skills, knowledge, and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will support a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our practice specializes in an array of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As an LPCC, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in both individual and family therapy formats, adapting your approach to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting after graduation.

• Strong proficiency in using digital tools, such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing treatment strategies based on client needs.
\n
• Experience in a telehealth-based setting is a plus, showcasing adaptability to virtual care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and caseload. Our clinicians work under a fee-for-service model, with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, ensuring financial stability and minimizing wait times for reimbursement.
