Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to comprehend their mental health concerns, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions embracing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions, enabling clients who may face geographical or logistical barriers to access quality mental health care from the comfort of their own homes.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, monitoring and adjusting these goals as the counseling process unfolds to ensure maximum effectiveness and client engagement.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality and safety.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training sessions to remain informed of industry advancements and enhance your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Goodwin Mental Health Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to cultivate trust and rapport with clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic experience.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing empathetic, non-judgmental support to clients, focusing on their unique experiences and needs.

• We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
