Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs. Use evidence-based practices to develop customized treatment plans, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey towards improved mental health.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aimed at providing effective and meaningful interventions for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and adherence to professional standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, sharing insights and strategies to provide holistic care tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews that foster professional growth and elevate the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, helping them understand treatment options and available community resources, which facilitate a smoother path to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse clientele, primarily composed of children, adolescents, and their families facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in California.

• Proven experience in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual cases.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, which may include bonuses based on performance.
