Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, including behavioral guidelines and positive behavior plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, utilizing evidence-based screening tools and techniques.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support strategies for clients across various programs.

• Participate actively in accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to essential service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate holistic care for clients.

• Establish and sustain communication channels with local, state, and federal agencies to promote and integrate Radiant’s mission within the community.

• Pursue continuous personal and professional development through conference attendance, workshops, and committee participation relevant to mental health expertise.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and principles throughout every interaction with clients and community partners.
\n
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a dynamic and cooperative team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. You will provide empathetic support and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique experiences, ultimately aiming to empower them on their paths to recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory.
