Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions based on physical exams and diagnostic reports in the rehabilitation center.
• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, modality applications, and patient education.
• Deliver hands-on treatment to enhance patients' mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall physical function while documenting progress meticulously.
• Regularly track and record treatment outcomes, reevaluating goals and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on self-care strategies, exercise techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
