Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to individuals, couples, and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.
• A strong foundation in legal and ethical counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits
