Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, ensuring tailored and effective treatment plans for each client.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas is essential.
