Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health needs, allowing you to develop customized treatment plans that directly address clients' concerns.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to instill practical coping strategies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring an integrative approach to treatment and care continuity.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
