Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to create tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions, employing a range of modalities suitable for different mental health issues
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, helping them navigate distress with compassion and skill.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and advocating for mental health resources in the El Paso area.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused techniques.
• Background in crisis intervention and working in community mental health settings is advantageous.
• Experience participating in or developing community outreach initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
