Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) treatment team to propose, present, and adapt treatment plans based on clinical feedback and client progress.

• Engage in regular clinical case conferences to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure coherent treatment approaches.

• Facilitate educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, aiding clients and their families to understand the recovery process and available resources.

• Deliver therapeutic counseling through individual and group sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients struggling with addiction.

• Provide specialized therapy for adolescents, significant others, and families, ensuring a supportive environment for optimal recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in good standing within the state of Washington.
