Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals with diverse needs, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Demonstrated experience addressing mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with computer applications and electronic health record systems relevant to patient documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience in a mental health setting is required, a background in integrated healthcare environments focused on co-occurring disorders will be highly favorable. Compensation and Benefits\n
