Business Document Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

Create, critique, and design high-quality business documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems for real-world corporate use. You will convert your hands-on business experience into realistic tasks, challenging model outputs and providing detailed, actionable feedback so models improve on complex, Fortune 500 style deliverables.

• Design and create realistic business tasks and scenarios reflecting complex Excel, PowerPoint, and Word deliverables.
• Produce cross-functional artifacts such as financial models, executive presentations, strategic proposals, and data-driven reports tailored to your industry background.
• Engage in prompt-driven interactions with language models, posing work representative of Fortune 500 business environments.
• Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated responses, assessing quality, accuracy, clarity, and business effectiveness.
• Document detailed assessments identifying strengths, weaknesses, and specific areas for model improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and written rationales that can be used to refine AI behavior on business documentation tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to ensure authenticity and utility of submitted scenarios, challenges, and evaluations.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in business settings, such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or related industries.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creation of complex models, reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Experience supporting or driving projects in strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR, preferably within a Fortune 500 context.
• Skills in financial modeling, data analysis, executive presentation development, strategic proposal writing, and report generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate feedback and rationale clearly in documentation.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, conversational interactions with language models, or AI evaluation feedback is a plus, but not required.
