Role Overview
Apply Human Resources documentation expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical, real-world input. This remote contract role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining Korean and English HR materials, while providing expert feedback that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and improve HR documents, policies, and procedures in Korean and English.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality HR documentation and presentations.
- Work remotely with a customer team, providing HR documentation expertise and supporting accuracy and compliance.
- Apply Fortune 500 experience, best practices, and practical HR insights to AI training work.
- Provide clear, concise, accurate written and verbal feedback to support AI model development.
- Assess and enhance existing HR documents for clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Contribute expert HR insights to the ongoing improvement of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Native-level Korean proficiency and strong professional English communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for documentation and feedback.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge from working in or supporting Fortune 500 organizations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality HR documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience living or working in the United States.
- Experience with AI, technology, or HR digital-transformation initiatives.
- Human Resources certification, such as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.
Work Terms
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Remote work, ideally for candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
$10 to $55 per hour.
