Role Overview
As an HR Documents Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your role is crucial in shaping how AI models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world HR documentation and insights.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in both Korean and English.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality HR documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to ensure accuracy and compliance in Human Resources documentation.
- Apply your experience from Fortune 500 companies to incorporate best practices and real-world HR insights into the AI training process.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal feedback to support AI model development.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR documents focusing on clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Contribute expert-level insights rooted in your HR background to improve AI systems.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean, with a strong command of English for professional communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
- Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in delivering feedback and documentation.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge gained from working in or supporting Fortune 500 organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality HR documents.
- Experience residing or working in the United States.
- Direct involvement in AI, technology, or HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Employment Type: Contract
CompensationHourly rate ranges from $10 to $45.
