Key Responsibilities\n

In your vital role as an LMFT, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, offering consultation to colleagues to enhance patient treatment strategies.

• Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions informed by evidence-based practices and tailored to the needs of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on adult and geriatric populations, addressing a range of mental health issues that include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The future expansion to include children and adolescents will allow for a broader impact on mental wellness in the community, addressing the mental health needs of younger clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking qualified candidates who demonstrate motivation and compassion in their practice. Required qualifications include:

• A master’s degree in Marriage Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of general theoretical and clinical models relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• Proficiency in writing clear and concise clinical notes and evaluations while maintaining up-to-date medical records in accordance with established policies.
