Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on emotional and relational issues.

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring each approach aligns with their unique circumstances and goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to enhance clients’ coping strategies and instigate positive change.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Engage actively with the multi-disciplinary team to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, who face a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. The role requires a deep understanding of mental health issues, interpersonal dynamics, and the unique needs of clients from various demographic backgrounds, including underserved populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued by the State of California.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and capability to manage multiple cases and treatment plans simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 per year, accompanied by an attractive benefits package designed to promote physician well-being and professional growth.
