Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychological therapy to individuals, couples, and families who are facing a variety of emotional and relational challenges.

• Design, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs, integrating psychosocial factors into your treatment approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to promote positive client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy, using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with culturally diverse populations facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Your therapeutic interventions will aim to foster resilience and empower clients to navigate their life challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license to practice in California.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in therapeutic settings, particularly with diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
