Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while having access to the resources and support of our outpatient office in Irvine. You will engage in telehealth consultations, as well as in-office appointments when necessary, creating a versatile approach to addressing patient needs. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting a positive work-life balance to help you effectively navigate your professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health, identifying the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Design individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that the strategies align with their goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions.

• Support clients and their families by providing education on mood disorders, discussing treatment options, and promoting self-care practices to foster overall wellness.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure efficacy and address evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals in an integrated care approach, facilitating holistic treatment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
