Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs and objectives, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients regarding their progress, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation process.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment responses, and progress in compliance with state regulations and facility protocol.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Mentor and guide support staff in delivering high-quality care and effective therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and other physical limitations. Our clients include individuals of all ages seeking to regain their strength, mobility, and independence. A commitment to patient-centered care is essential as you will be actively involved in formulating treatment regimens that foster patient autonomy and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in an orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
