Work Environment

The role of Physical Therapist with Move Right Therapy is primarily onsite, with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by accurately performing chart reviews and detailed data collection to inform treatment approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and other therapists, to share insights about patient history, progress, and specific needs.
• Develop and implement innovative treatment programs tailored to a diverse patient population, including those with orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and complex diagnoses.
• Maintain a keen understanding of laboratory results and diagnostic imaging to inform clinical decisions and manage complex clinical cases effectively.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address outlier cases, coordinating with other staff therapists as needed.
• Optimize clinical workflows by ensuring smooth patient processing, including referrals and scheduling, to facilitate seamless patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied caseload that includes patients recovering from surgeries and injuries, as well as those with chronic conditions requiring long-term therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

• Valid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , determined by your caseload and experience level.
