Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for new patients to assess their functional capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans that encompass their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies for both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, ensuring effective recovery pathways are followed.
• Utilize cutting-edge measurement tools to objectively track patient outcomes, employing data-driven insights to modify treatment protocols as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that includes evaluations, treatments, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals with chronic conditions affecting their mobility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Florida; a temporary permit is acceptable for candidates actively working towards full licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers must be maintained.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
