Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities that ensure our clients receive the best mental health care possible. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial intake evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Delivering engaging telehealth therapy sessions, both individual and group-based, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate client progress.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of each session in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, ensuring accurate records of client care.

• Providing timely referrals to additional services or resources as needed, and managing crisis interventions for clients in urgent situations.

• Regularly assessing and adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. By understanding each client’s unique background and experiences, you will create a trusting therapeutic environment that fosters open communication and ongoing personal development.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) that allows for independent practice.
