Work Environment\n

You will be integrated into a vibrant and dynamic remote workplace that encourages open communication and teamwork. While our team collaborates regularly through virtual meetings and consultations, you’ll maintain the flexibility to craft your daily schedule around patient needs. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for some flexibility to accommodate various client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth mental health assessments to thoroughly understand patients’ needs and diagnostic criteria.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to foster positive client outcomes.

• Leading psychoeducational groups to enhance patient knowledge about mental health and available resources, while promoting community support.
\n
• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless coordination of treatment efforts.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during acute mental health situations, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective care.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation as per legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engaging in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment strategies, and a commitment to uphold high professional and ethical standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively build relationships with clients and collaborate with peers.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and maintain client privacy.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

Compensation and Benefits\n
