Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions by reviewing their medical history, performing specific assessments, and documenting results accurately and clearly.
• Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, involving them in setting realistic goals for recovery.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols based on individual evaluation findings, staying adaptable to the evolving health care landscape.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, ensuring appropriate follow-up care is communicated and arranged for each patient.

• Pursue continuing education opportunities for professional development and serve as a clinical instructor to students when required.
