Key Responsibilities\n

As our Senior LMHC, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans, including crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement positive behavior support plans while actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes.

• Establishing and maintaining open communication with clients, families, and community partners to meet contractual standards and enhance service delivery.

• Acting as a liaison to relevant service systems and proactively pursuing partnerships with local organizations to strengthen community resources.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
