Key Responsibilities\n

• Skillfully apply evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to individuals and families facing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop initial discharge plans, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are met.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with the treatment plan, encouraging meaningful participation and progress.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation of therapy services provided according to facility and professional standards, revising as necessary for compliance.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, monitoring each client's progress and adjusting treatment plans as required.

• Collaborate in treatment team meetings, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance service delivery for each patient.

• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around individuals and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues, focusing on both adolescent and adult populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Possession of appropriate state or national licensure as a professional therapist or eligibility for state licensure.

• Licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the state is essential.

• Demonstrated experience working with adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
