Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and requirements, ensuring individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatment for patients with orthopedic conditions, meeting with one patient every 40 minutes to provide focused, one-on-one care.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, function, and fitness.
• Work to minimize reliance on medications, providing alternative approaches to surgery through rehabilitative methods.
• Design and oversee tailored fitness and wellness programs that include strength and balance training.
• Document patient progress meticulously, using established Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems like Athena Health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices to ensure evidence-based interventions.
• Motivate and educate patients to adopt healthy lifestyles, improving strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including athletes, active adults, and elderly clients seeking strength and balance improvements. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current valid Virginia State license to practice Physical Therapy is required.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package is designed to promote financial security and work-life balance, including:
