Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center offers a vibrant and dynamic on-site work environment. Scheduled hours are typically 40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to evaluate functional limitations and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and monitor treatment strategies including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, adjusting plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of patient progress, adhering to state regulations and professional standards.
• Consult with referring healthcare providers and collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated continuum of care.
• Participate in community outreach programs and contribute to departmental marketing initiatives to promote the services offered by the rehabilitation center.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and support staff, ensuring high standards of care.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best practices and advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Stalwart Rehabilitation Center, we serve a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on post-operative orthopedic patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy for Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

• Proficient in electronic health record management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
