Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and customize treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Implement and lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.
• Develop and refine personalized treatment strategies that target each client’s unique challenges, ensuring effective progress toward recovery goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, actively participating in case conferences to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for all clients.
• Educate and empower clients' families, involving them in the treatment process to promote a supportive recovery environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client records are managed with utmost care and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will focus on clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, particularly those with co-occurring substance use disorders. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring interventions to suit their cultural and personal contexts. The diverse client population encompasses adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, ensuring that every therapist’s role is both dynamic and impactful.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling with specialized training in therapeutic techniques for substance use and mental health disorders.
• Possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of mental health challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish trusted relationships with clients, fostering an environment of safety and respect.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically with clients facing mental health and addiction issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
