Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Solace, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Designing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual clients.

• Providing psychotherapy for a variety of demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and personal development.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within the Simple Practice system.

• Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive team environment to share insights and strategies.

• Participating in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid mental health license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice in Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Strong treatment planning and mental health counseling skills that align with best practices.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools, with a strong comfort level in conducting virtual appointments.
