While remote, the therapist will engage closely with multidisciplinary teams within schools to assess student needs, plan interventions, and document outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with Reentry Social Workers to coordinate comprehensive discharge planning services for students transitioning back to school.

• Maintain accurate and timely completion of statistical reports, ensuring compliance with all agency requirements.

• Work closely with the Department of Correction to facilitate access to necessary treatment and housing for at-risk youth.
\n
• Develop and lead engaging group therapy sessions on mental health observation units, adapting to the specific needs of diverse populations as needed.

• Complete accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes as part of the therapeutic process.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions with a Clinical Supervisor to enhance your professional development and service delivery.

• Engage in mental health and medical rounds as assigned, contributing valuable insights during case discussions.

• Coordinate care for clients by participating in treatment planning and case conferences, ensuring tailored interventions are implemented.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
