Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the clients' unique needs.

• Provide ongoing clinical psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, ensuring compliance with professional standards for record-keeping.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a varied client population, primarily focusing on individuals in need of mental health support from community health clinics. Clients may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health disorders. Our counselors provide culturally competent care, ensuring that the services are inclusive and accessible to all demographics.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active and unrestricted mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to practice in the state of Florida.

• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of clinical psychotherapy experience working with adult clients.

• Demonstrated training and proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Experience with intake assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.

• Excellent written communication skills for effective documentation and report writing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
