Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial client assessments and detailed evaluations to craft individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to meet client needs.

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a therapeutic environment where clients can express themselves freely.

• Collaborate with a team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation following ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Feeling and Healing Solutions, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
