Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through telehealth sessions to identify patients’ psychological and emotional needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions and best practices.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, as well as group interventions, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops to equip patients with tools to manage mental health conditions effectively.
\n
• Collaboration is key; work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare professionals to offer integrated care to patients.

• Provide support during crises and offer resources to patients facing urgent mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in supervision and case consultations, contributing to team discussions and sharing best practices.

• Stay current with the latest research in mental health therapies and continuously improve your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, consisting of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities and a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders.

• Proven capability in conducting assessments and developing actionable treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals and groups.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, accompanied by strong interpersonal and empathetic abilities.

• Competency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to clinical practice.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative framework, working closely with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years' direct clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
