Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video, helping clients navigate emotional challenges related to conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity, including sharing insights and therapeutic strategies.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and treatment progress metrics to personalize and adapt treatment plans consistently, ensuring they meet client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which streamlines administrative tasks and allows more time for patient interaction.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision, receiving insights and support from our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and address complex patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults grappling with a variety of mental health conditions, providing a safe and empathetic space for them to share their experiences and progress through tailored treatment plans. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this role.
