Holistic Health PT Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is designed to promote healing and recovery. Our clinic fosters a supportive and engaging atmosphere where collaboration among physical therapists and other healthcare professionals is encouraged. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing patients with dedicated attention during their therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and establish their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, delivering personalized treatment that focuses on improving range of motion and physical performance.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to address musculoskeletal issues.
• Design and implement customized exercise programs to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall functional abilities.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they understand the importance of adherence to therapy.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and to monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.
• Maintain clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and maintain compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, you will work primarily with outpatient orthopedic patients who seek help in recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our diverse clientele expects personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances, and as a physical therapist, your role will be crucial in guiding them through their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no records of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs.
• Experience with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to manage patient records and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, with knowledge of a variety of treatment methodologies.
• Experience in implementing comprehensive and advanced rehabilitation strategies that align with evidence-based practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
