Work Environment

This role is located onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Miami Gardens, a vibrant area characterized by its diverse community and commitment to health and wellness. The standard work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, with flexible options of 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, making it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our facility boasts modern equipment, a comfortable therapy environment, and a supportive team atmosphere to ensure both staff satisfaction and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to facilitate recovery.
• Guide patients through active and passive exercise regimens, focusing on muscle re-education, functional training, and activities of daily living.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, including self-management strategies and ergonomic practices to prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a unified approach towards patient care that aligns with the best practices in rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, track progress, and communicate effectively with other stakeholders involved in the patients' health journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid State Physical Therapy license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
