Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role within our orthopedic outpatient practice located in Miami Gardens, Florida. Work Environment

This role is onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Miami Gardens, Florida, where you will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. We welcome the influx of patients with private medical insurance, reflecting the strong reputation we've built in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.
• Maintain a patient load of up to two patients per hour, allowing for focused and quality care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to enhance range of motion and mobility, while significantly reducing reliance on medication.
• Craft comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Motivate and encourage patients through their therapy journey, helping them achieve improved functionality.
• Document all patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately using EMR systems like WebPT.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal progress.
• Foster collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.

Our primary focus is on individuals requiring rehabilitation due to orthopedic conditions. Patients typically present with a range of issues, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Currently hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and possess a valid License to practice Physical Therapy in Miami Gardens, Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining professional integrity.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques, ensuring that you can deliver diverse and effective treatment options.
• Experience in designing and implementing tailored exercise programs that meet the specific needs of patients.
• Familiarity with EMR software like WebPT for efficient patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A proven track record of successful patient outcomes and patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

The standard annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, which is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
