This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional and confidential environment for client interactions. We provide robust technical support and resources to ensure a seamless telehealth experience. Our team values flexibility, enabling you to create a work schedule that suits your needs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without the pressure of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through live video sessions, guiding clients in developing coping strategies and enhancing their mental health.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans that promote their goals and support their progress.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists and psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care and timely interventions, enhancing client outcomes.

• Utilize self-assessment tools and goal progress measures to regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal efficacy.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through team meetings, consultations, and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while helping them achieve personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Two to three years of clinical experience providing evidence-based therapy, preferably in a telehealth setting.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, ensuring effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

• A compassionate approach with a strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards in therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with adolescents and young adults is preferred, as our team strives to meet the diverse needs of our client population. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools for client engagement is also beneficial, as we rely on technology to facilitate our services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
