Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal tracking measures to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Document clinical interactions promptly and accurately through our advanced digital portal, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments to establish mental health diagnoses according to DSM-5 guidelines and create tailored treatment plans in accordance with best practices.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic support using various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral modification, and brief solution-focused therapy during live video sessions.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrist colleagues to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies for clients with complex psychological needs.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapy to adults grappling with a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological disorders, facilitating their overall well-being and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse adult population, addressing a wide range of emotional disorders and mental health challenges. This role requires a commitment to culturally responsive care, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. As part of our community health clinic, your work will significantly contribute to improving mental health accessibility and outcomes for underserved populations in Bend and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon, and additional state licenses will be considered an advantage.

• A strong inclination towards integrating technology into therapeutic practices to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.
