Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and maintain up-to-date crisis alerts, coordinating with local county services to ensure timely support for clients in crisis situations.

• Facilitate and document transitions of care, including hospital admissions and discharges, working closely with hospital staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques to effectively manage client interactions and stabilize situations, acting as the Clinician of the Day to provide milieu support as necessary.

• Perform and document risk assessments, developing comprehensive safety plans that address the immediate needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of encounters and strategies implemented, ensuring same-day completion for those potentially at risk of crisis incidents.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload.
