Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations by reviewing medical history, performing specific assessments, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting achievable goals.
• Implement specialized treatment protocols based on the latest evidence, patient presentations, and evolving healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care; document any changes in patients' conditions requiring modifications to treatment plans.
• Prepare effective discharge plans and outline follow-up care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity expectations while maintaining a punctual schedule and participating in community-based outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall goals of the department through active participation in departmental meetings and compliance with governmental regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to further professional development and serve as a mentor to students and new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
